"Easy Site to Use"
I didn’t have any trouble finding what I was looking for on edenbotanicals. The menus were clear, the product pages loaded quickly, and checkout was straightforward. To be fair, that’s really what you hope for when shopping online, and this site handled it well. Overall, it was a nice, easy experience.

I really like that they show the sourcing details because it makes the whole thing feel more transparent and trustworthy and I don’t have to sit there wondering where everything came from or whether they’re just making big claims without backing them up.

"Nice oils, but I’m not totally sold on the pricing"
I’ve tried a few oils from Eden Botanicals the quality does seem good. They smell nice and feel legit, so no complaints there. But I do side-eye the prices a little because the bottles are small for what you’re paying. I’m not saying it’s a ripoff, but I definitely find myself wondering how much of it is the product versus the branding. I’d probably buy again, just not regularly unless I catch a sale.

I’ve ordered this a few times and most batches have been consistent. One did smell a little different than the others, so I’d say just give it a quick check when it arrives. I’ve ordered a few essential oils from Eden Botanicals, and they just smell legit. No perfumey weirdness, no watered-down feel, just clean, strong oils. I use them in simple blends, and a tiny bit goes far. Everything smelled true to the plant. Happy with them, will buy again

"Decent oils, but I wanted more organic options"
I ordered a few essential oils and everything arrived packed well, so no complaints there. From my experience, the quality seems decent, and I did like that the product pages had helpful info. That said, I personally tend to look for organic options first, and in some categories it felt a bit limited. The prices are okay, but I wouldn’t call them cheap. I’d probably buy again for certain oils, but I do wish it was easier to filter and find the organic stuff...

I like Eden Botanicals most for all the educational stuff on their site. The oil descriptions and usage notes made me feel like I actually understood what I was buying instead of just guessing. Some of the pages are a little long, and I definitely had to reread a few sections, but overall it was really useful! Taking off one star because it’s not always easy to find quick answers when you’re in a hurry 🙂

"Great selection, site could be easier to browse"
I really like how many different oils and botanicals they carry. There were a few things I didn’t even know where to find before, so that was a nice surprise. The site does take a little bit of browsing to find what you need, which feels preventable with better organization, but overall the selection is really solid. I’d give it 4 stars.

The scents are really nice, which I kind of expected based on how these types of products usually go when the reviews look decent. Shipping did take a bit longer than I assumed it would, but once it arrived, I was happy with it overall.

"Pretty good, even though I felt stuck waiting"
My order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated well too, so I didn’t feel completely in the dark, though I did feel a bit trapped just waiting around for it to move. It wasn’t instant or anything, but overall it was a solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Scents That Took Me Back"
I ordered a few oils from Eden Botanicals, the aromas felt so true to the actual plants. There was none of that fake, perfumey smell I’ve gotten from other brands before. The lavender especially reminded me of brushing past lavender bushes on warm afternoons, and the frankincense had this clean, grounding scent that felt really natural. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. I can definitely see myself ordering from them again

"Packed really well and arrived clean"
My order showed up packed really well, better than I expected. The bottles were wrapped nice and secure, and nothing leaked at all, which is always my big worry with oils. The box was simple but sturdy, and everything inside looked clean and neat. You can tell they put a little care into packing it before shipping. Really happy with it, really happy it arrived with no mess.
